FAQs

What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?

A: We ask that all toys, valuable jewelry/items, medications, important mail be put away somewhere safe & secure.

How is payment accepted?

A: If you are paying via cash you may leave in a sealed envelope on the counter. You will be issued a paper receipt upon completion of the work. If paying via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Found you will be sent a detailed invoice to the email provided in your contact information. We ask that a 50% deposit is made before services are rendered with the other half due upon completion of your clean. 
Commercial clients making payment will be discussed at meeting/walk through consultation. 

What if my home is very cluttered?
A: We ask that you try to clear as much clutter away as possible. If there is an excessive amount of clutter an extra fee may be charged.

Is there anything you don't clean?

A: Unfortunately, we do not clean any animal vomit/feces/urine that could be on furniture, floors, or walls. We also do NOT handle any items or clothing where there may be blood. This is an absolute NO. We do not offer exterior window cleaning. 

What if I need to cancel/reschedule my cleaning appointment?

A: We recognize & understand that things come up & we may need to cancel. We ask that cancellation/rescheduling be made 48 hrs. prior to scheduled clean. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 30% of scheduled cleaning price.

Do I supply any cleaning products?
A: We supply the cleaning products for your clean although you may choose to supply your own if you prefer.
